I was using IPrental for posting to Craigslist but now it seems that this IP rotation service does not work anymore with Craigslist - my ads do not show up.

IP rotation (proxy) for posting to Craigslist

If you live in the USA and want to post with not much Accounts (up to 5), there are several methods of getting IP-s and rotating them apart from IP rotation services such as Remote-DSL as it is close to natural IP and gives a normal user impression every time you refresh the modem.

If you need to post with multiple accounts (10 or more) or you are located outside the US or other methods for getting US IP-s does not work, you will need a proxy service.
Free proxies are already blacklisted by Craigslist, as well as many popular paid services, that have been used by Craigslist posters like IPrental, Packetflip
The more popular one service gets, the most likely is that Craigslist will take steps to blacklist their IP-s and make that proxy unusable for posting (ads will be ghosted, password reset required etc.)
